It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John McQuay (St. Catharines, Ontario), who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jerry McQuay and Jim McQuay; his parents, Norma McQuay and Bob McQuay; and his stepfather Jim Kerivan.

He is survived by: his child Andrea McQuay-Orbell (Jeff Vyse); his significant other Caren Chapman; his sisters, Sandra Stanley (Rick) and Linda Robinson (Dave); his significant other's children, Chad, Derek, Alison and MaryAnn; and his friend Sue Orbell. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel (75 Church St, St. Catharines, ON L2R3C7). A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
