He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey; and his father Later. He is survived by: his children, Carolyn and John (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Kristin (Joel), Kevin (Shawna), Georgie and Jaclyn; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Ava; and his goddaughters, Diane and Cynthia.
In keeping with Jack's lifelong love for his pets, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Lincoln County Humane Society would be appreciated if desired.
