He was predeceased by: his siblings, Monsignor Raymond Montague, Catherine (late Jay), Bernice (Bill) and Pauline (late Charlie). He is survived by: his wife Marlene Montague; his children, Steven Montague (Maria), Joanne Martin (late Alfie) and Raeanne Montague; his grandchildren, David, Daniella, Adam and Sarah; and his siblings, Lorraine (John), Debbie (Dave) and Michael (Linda). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, friends.
In honour of Joe's memory donation made to St. Catharines Rowing Club would be appreciated by the family.
