He was predeceased by: his wife Gail. He is survived by: his children, John (Elaine) and Joanne (Steve); his grandchildren, Molly, Katharine, Hannah and Madelene; and his siblings-in-law, Les, Linda Westlake and Nancy O'Flaherty.
