She was predeceased by: her husband Angelo Pennacchio; her brothers, Gaetano (Grazia) and Carmine (Marietta); her brother-in-law Coreen Di Leo (Michele); her sister Nicolina (Alex); her sister-in-law Antonietta; her parents, Felice Pietro and Concetta Di Pietro; and her sisters, Emilia Siconolfi (Gerardo), Filomena Tota (Giuseppe) and Angela Bernini (Martino).
She is survived by: her children, Frank Pennacchio, John, Tina and Gerry; her grandchildren, Andrew (Palmina), Maelisa, John, Jacob, Joshua, Pietro (Sierra), Julianna, Angelo and Adam; her brother Francesco Di Pietro (late Maria); and her siblings-in-law, Marianne and Michele. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4Y1). A prayer will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Alfred Roman Catholic Church (272 Vine St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4T3). An entombment will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Victoria Lawn Cemetery (431 Queenston St, St. Catharines, ON L2P2Y3).
