She was predeceased by: her nephew Gordon Woodwards (Joan); her husband William Summers; her parents, Walter Woodwards and Emily Woodwards; her siblings, Bob Woodwards, Dennis Woodwards, Doris Robertson (Andy), Eileen Davidson (Harold) and Evelyn Emslie (Fred); her siblings' children, Larry Blundell, Ken Thornton and Linda Almost; and her great-niece Barbara Blundell.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Gloria Hiebert, David Blundell (Janet), Greg Thornton (Kim), Doug Emslie (Colleen), Bruce Emslie (Kim), Heather Murrell (Jeff) and Holly Felice (Joe); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Shari Hiebert, Lesley Joyce (Dave), Dan Emslie (Stephanie), Kelly Shewfelt (Dan), Brooke Kernahan (Matt), Matthew Emslie (Andrea), Steven Emslie (Victoria), Amanda Thornton and Ken Thornton.
