He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl and Parania (Pearl); his brother-in-law Nestor Iwanchuk; his nephew Taras; and his cousin Ihor Bablak.

He is survived by: his family, Lesya, Larissa Myroslava, Bohdan, Nestor, Markian and Kalyna; his grandchildren, Cedar, Sonny, Poppy, Coral and Julian; his children-in-law, Beth, Lindsay, Jaclyn and Corey; his godchildren, Oksana Horbach, Chris Herman and Oksana Didkovsky (Bablak); his brother Ernie (Olga); his sister-in-law Vera Iwanchuk; his niece Tatyana; his brother-in-law Eugene (Kathy); his friend Vic Cytinski; and his spouse Lesya.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John's Ukrainian Catholic Church Humanitarian Aid Fund.
