She was predeceased by: her spouse Darcy Patrick; her father Peter Birdgeneau; her brother Peter Birdgeneau; her half-siblings, Jack, June and Lenora; her children, Kelly, Mark (Hilary), Marty (Janice), Shane (Nawaz), Joel, Darcy (Sherri) and Darren; Dorothy.

She is survived by: her mother Irene Birdgeneau; her son Dan (Marlene); her grandchildren, Melony (Reuben), Maria, Jamie (Alyssa), Holly (Rob), James, Adam and Dylan; and her great grandchildren, Courtney, Kaitlan, Lindsay, Jenna, Kylie, Jack, William, Christopher, Declan, Rosie and Machlan. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

In keeping with Mary's wishes, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
