She was predeceased by: her mother Nellie Kuzmich; and her siblings, Nick, Michael, Alexander, Peter Kuzmich and Helen Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Kotyk (Alba), Kimberly Kotyk, Adam Kotyk and Paula Cutler (Ross); her grandchildren, Christopher (Jacquie), William (Karla), Sean, Caitlin, Darylan and Clark; and her sisters, Sonia Brault, Nancy Doricki, Dolly Alionis and Jean Kuzmich.
