She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick; and her grandchildren, Jody and Jason. She is survived by: her children, Donald (Patricia), Patrick (Caroline), Joan Fairchild and Cathy Hassim (Jeff); her grandsons, Joseph (Carla), Lonny (Elena), Marc (Kaz), Michael Danielle (Mel) and Jimmy; her great grandchildren, Lucas (Jenn), Trey, Chance, Jada (Donovan), Nadia, Nash, Aaliyah and Emmelina; and her great great grandchild Azalea. She is also survived by dog as well as many nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Niagara Peninsula Foundation for Children would be appreciated by the family.
