He is survived by: his wife Ann (Johanna); his children, Diane Hessels (John), David Vanderlee (Darlene), Bob Vanderlee (Michelle), Sandra Timmins (Dan) and Kim Vanderlee; his grandchildren, Robert (Rebecca), Victoria (Mike), Joshua (Tara), Joel (Alyssa), Amy (Jake), Marissa (Brad), Ethan, Marlee, Shannon, Conor and Brenna; and his sister Greta Vandermeulen (John).
