He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jacqueline Besson Carroll of St. Catharines; his parents, Richard Carroll and Isabella Quarry; and his siblings, Marion Carroll Wyant, Richard (Dick), Carroll (Norma Augerman) and James Carroll (Sue Logan).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M 4Y1). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
