He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane. He is survived by: his sister Ingrid Johnson (Cal); his daughters, Catherine McNally (John) and Christine Sloss (Andrew); his stepchildren, Ray Connolly, Rose Connolly, Jane Gardner and Ed Connolly; his grandchildren, Rachel McNally (Yuhao Qiu), Nathan McNally (Grace), Samuel McNally, Imogen Sloss, Elliot Sloss and Adriel Sloss; and his former wife Kaye Adams (Jim). He is also survived by step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
