He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Garnett and Rosemary Garnett. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Reg (Debbie) and Crystal Black (Rick); his stepdaughter Nicole Perry (Chad); his grandchildren, Christopher, Rebecca, Alyssa, Brianna, Megan, Abbey, Isabella and Reg (Jack); his great grandchild Kaycee; and his siblings, Susan Barr (Jim), Carl (Elaine) and Kelvin.
