He was predeceased by: his parents, William White and Jean White. He is survived by: his close friend Jane White; his sons, Matthew, Adam, Nathan and David; his daughters-in-law, Christy and Lisa; his brother John White (Sandra); and his brother-in-law William Chapman.
Flowers gratefully declined, memorial donations to Canadian Blood Services would be appreciated by the family, to honour the many blood transfusions that kept Dick comfortable over the past 4 years (or donate blood if you are able).
