He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Carroll and Norma Carroll of St. Catharines; and his sisters, Nancy Maney and Susan Carroll. He is survived by: his spouse Terry Carroll; and his child Allison Carroll (Matthew Fesnak). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4Y1). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Willow Arts Community or Therapy Tails Ontario.
