She is survived by: her children, Daniel Kubik (Eleonora), Susan Sennuck (Mike) and Joseph Kubik; her grandchildren, Alana (Steve), Brandon and Michael; her great grandchildren, Mason and Henry; and her brother Mike. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
