Russell Edward Parker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Russell Edward Parker of St. Catharines, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 26, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Russell may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Russell touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Parker and Janet Parker; and his sister Shirley Edgar. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; and his daughter Lesley. He is also survived by extended family and many lifelong friends.
