We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2025, at the age of 87, Shirley Mae Hind (St. Catharines, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Shirley find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her husband William "Gary" Hind; and her siblings, Marilyn Downes and Brian Littleboy. She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Briggs-Jude; her grandchild Ashley Briggs-Jude; and her son-in-law Wayne Briggs-Jude. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great-nephews and nieces, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hulse & English Funeral Home (75 Church St, St. Catharines, ON L2R3C7). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to War Amps would be appreciated by the family.
