He was predeceased by: his parents, Angela Blahut and Joseph Blahut. He is survived by: his wife June; his brother-in-law John Michlik (Lorraine); his nephews, Darren Michlik (Angelina) and Greg Michlik (Telisha); and his great-nephew Jax Michlik.
