He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; and his parents, Steve Franklin and Betty Franklin. He is survived by: his sister Betty-Ann Winger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Immanuel Baptist Church (605 Vine St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4Y1).
