It is with sadness that the passing of Susan Rauwerda (St. Catharines, Ontario) is shared. Susan, born on November 3, 1940, passed away on October 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Susan will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Susan by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Susan is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Susan’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Cornelius; and her children, Tony (Christina), Henry (Yvonne), Patricia (Robert), Sharon (Jerry), Dianne (Ken) and Michelle (Alan). She was also cherished by brother, plus sisters-in-laws and brothers-in-laws.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Reformed Church (99 Scott St, St. Catharines, ON L2N1G8). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
