Thomas Richard Netherway Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2025, at the age of 79, Thomas Richard Netherway (St. Catharines, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard and Isobel; his brother John; and his in-laws, Edward and Helen Shaw.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Tom (Nicole) and John (Heather); his grandchildren, T. Riley, Annie, Rebecca and John; his sisters, Belle Netherway and Bess Allsopp; and his sister-in-law Maxine Netherway.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Butler Funeral Home (424 Niagara St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4W3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. John's Anglican Church (2878 St John's Dr, Jordan Station, ON L0R1S0). A burial will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parish Hall (2878 St John's Dr, Jordan Station, ON L0R1S0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dick's memory to St. John's Anglican Church - Jordan (https://stjohnsjordan.ca), or the Alzheimer Society Niagara Region.
