William Collens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Collens (St. Catharines, Ontario), who passed away on August 1, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though William may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Collens and Alice Collens. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughter Jody Keus (Shawn); his grandchildren, Braden and Cierra; his son Jonathan; and his sister Judy Rose (Brian). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Butler Funeral Home (424 Niagara St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4W3). A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to the United Mennonite Home (UMH).
