He is survived by: his children, William John Daniel Richardson (Dianne), Cynthia "Cindy" Hasenack (Randy) and Christina Marie Sasso (Joseph); his grandchildren, Carissa (Eric), Olivia, Claire, Valeri, Lauren and Nathan; his wife Margrit; his siblings, Della (late Ken Dowd), Rich (late Ruth) and John (Donna); Julia "Julie" Kathleen Richardson, Michelle (Virg) and Michael (Liane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4Y1). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church (169 St Paul St, St. Catharines, ON L2R3M5). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pleasantview Memorial Gardens (2250 ON-20, Fonthill, ON L0S1E6).
