We bid farewell to Gord Oliver of Stayner, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 5, 2025 at the age of 87. Gord touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Gwen; and his parent Wasaga Beach. He is survived by: his children, Graham (Suzanne), Gregg (Lisa) and Gayle (Jason); his grandchildren, Joel (Trina), Cassandra, Jessica, Avery, Amilia, Evangeline, Jallaina, Brianna and Charlotte; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Kayden, Lochlon, Theo, Maya, William and Eleanor; his significant other Jean Thomson; and his partner's sons, Bruce and Grant.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home - Stayner Chapel (7313 ON-26, Stayner, ON L0M1S0). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jubilee Presbyterian Church (7320 ON-26, Stayner, ON L0M1S0).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gord's memory to a charity of personal significance would be appreciated by the family.
