He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sudak and Mary Sudak. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his daughters, Kate (Garrett), Jenny (Ryan) and Becky (Jordan); his grandsons, Isaiah, Edwin, Wesley and Gabriel; and his siblings, Tom (Kristie), Mike (MaryAnne) and Joanne (Bill).
