We announce the death of Mary Ann (Potter) Alexander (Stayner, Ontario), who passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 81. Mary Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Alexander (Terry); her parents, William Potter and Doris Day; and her siblings, Liz Torrie, Frank and Bill Potter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda (Terry Wellbrock) and Carol (John Perl); her grandson Alexander MacIsaac; her nieces and nephews, Andria (Pete) and Erin (Bob); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel, Isabella, Torrie and Bethany.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel (7313 ON-26, Stayner, ON L0M1S0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Clearview Community Church – Stayner Campus (1070 County Rd 42, Stayner, ON L0M1S0).
