We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Benjamin Kozlowsky (Stirling, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Colleen (Martin); and his siblings, Leo, Bertha and Sue. He is survived by : his daughters, Nancy Brouwers (Joe) and Jenny Schrieder (Mike); his grandchildren, Megan (Bill), Erin (Chad), Alex (Lauren) and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Elliott and Hannah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to PRHC Renal Clinic or Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation in his memory would be appreciated.
