She was predeceased by : her parents, Morley Barlow and Mabel Barlow; her husband Douglas Clancy; and her siblings, Phyllis McFaul (late Warner), Margaret Anderson (late Ernest), Hedley Barlow (late Gertrude) and Jesse Barlow (late Betty).

She is survived by : her son Ron Clancy (Beth) of Stirling; her brother Harold Barlow (late Margaret); her granddaughters, Jennifer Maloney (Murray) and Rhonda Laffrenier (Dave); and her great grandchildren, Crimson, Walker, Sadie and Alley.

If desired, donations to St. John's Anglican Church, Stirling or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Lois Barlow wrote a sympathy message

“I remember Aunt Jean as a quiet gentle woman who worked hard and loved her family. As a child I was fascinated by the process of producing milk. I can clearly picture the large container that held the drink I love so much. I also remember her saying when Ron was little that she had him on the tractor with her as farming was never 9-5. My condolences to Ron, Beth and all her family and friends. She will be missed but always remembered. Love Lois ( Barlow).”
