He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John and Gisella Bauer of Vancouver Island; his children, Wayne Bauer (Nancy), Janet VanVolkenburg (Dale) and Brenda Cockins (late Art); and his siblings, Mary (late Felix), Helen (late Les), Eva (late Ab), Rose (late Art), Loretta (late Jack), Isobel (late Bob), Doreen (late Larry), John (Joan), Yvonne Pearson (late Mike), June Humphrey (Mel), Frank Bauer (Donna), Jim Bauer (Bev) and Wayne Bauer (Linda). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
