With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Benjamin John Zwolak of Stoney Creek, Ontario, born in Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on September 21, 2020 at the age of 21. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Benjamin John Zwolak to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his parents, Paula and Jeff; his brother Matthew; his grandmother Diane; his grandchildren, Paul Poirier, Gramps and Rich Zwolak; his aunts and uncles, Rich (Kristine), Matt, Dina (Steve), Cara (Chris) and Nicole; and his cousins, Kylie, Briana, Alexander, Nathan, Lucas, Daphne and Miles.

While our hearts are broken with Ben's sudden departure, the family feels blessed that due to the pandemic shutdown, we have spent the past six months shoulder to shoulder enjoying family dinners, twilight golf matches and epic Poker, Monopoly and Yahtzee games.
