He was predeceased by: his grandson Dale Millen; and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Millen and Lori Colwell (Rick); his grandchildren, Kyle (Michelle), Tarah (Lucas), James (Kirsten) and Kristy (Rob); and his great grandchildren, Jade, Cooper, Bennett, Natalie, Ava and Maddox.
