Fernanda Moura Obituary

We bid farewell to Fernanda Moura of Stoney Creek, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 29, 2025 at the age of 56. Fernanda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alvaro; her children, Andre and Miranda; her sister Anita; her siblings-in-law, Rosalina, Pedro and Luisa; and her friends, Linda, Grace, Tania, Cristina and Diane.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home - Stoney Creek (454 Hwy 8, Hamilton, ON L8E5Z7). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church (304 Hwy 8, Hamilton, ON L8G1E6).
