We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2025, at the age of 83, Jakov Jokic of Stoney Creek, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Walter and Kazmiera Wedzina; and his siblings, Marija, Mile, Vinko and Niko.
He is survived by: his wife Krystyna; his son Jeff (Jacqueline Gregoire); his siblings, Mirko, Ante, Stipe and Senka; and his cousins, Teresa and Branko Bilaver.
