Michael William Burgess Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael William Burgess in Stoney Creek, Ontario, born in Pembroke, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2026 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ron and Maureen; his brother Bruce; his nephew Brendan; and his niece Laura.

He is survived by: his children, Randy (Candace), Lindsay, Michele (Opeyemi), Meghan, Mandy (Luke) and Nick; his siblings, Blair, Kevin (Pat) and Shelley (Grey); and his stepmother Edyth. He is also survived by Papa and leaves behind eleven grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 77 King St W, Hamilton, ON L8G3N3.
