He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Nicole. He is survived by: his children, Kenny (Betty Ann), Michael (Annette), Mandy (Mike) and Jennifer (Dan); his grandchildren, Brett (Corinna), Hayden, Nicholas, Emma, Owen, Ben, Matthew, Nolan and Sadie; and his great grandchild Mackenzie.
