He is survived by: his wife Carola Ban; his children, Jan (Nicole), Vera (Lloyd), Berit (Doug), Stefan (Mary), Daniel (Tara) and Liza (Richard); his grandchildren, Shawn (Lauren), Jessica (Paul), Stephanie (Stephen), Erna (Andrew), Trent, Kerri-Lynn, Samantha (Mike), Brandon (Emily), Bryce, Paige (Lorenzo), Lauren, Laura-Grace, Kieran, Raelynn, Jade and Lucas; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Willow, Shawn Jr., Charles and Ruby.
