He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma and Roy; and his cousins, Shirley and Betty. He is survived by: his wife Gail (Sivak); his children, Michelle (Tony) and Michael (Tamara); his grandchildren, David, Ethan, Emma, Alex (Sarah) and Natalie (Thomas); his great grandchild Mira; his siblings-in-law, Bob, Sharon, Frances and Charlie; his sibling's children, Tracey, Nicole (Rick), Chris and Jaime; his cousins, Ron, Rosanna Hildreth, Bonnie and Joyce; and his sibling's children, Patty (Rob) and Gary (Billy).
