He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fram and Joan Fram (Maidman); his brother Brian; and his parents-in-law, Stan and Pauline Thompson.

He is survived by: his wife Mari Thompson-Fram; his children, Michelle Fram-Kovar (Steve) and Jason Fram (Andrea); his grandchildren, Kelsey (Mitch), Sydney, Jameson (Paige), Alexandra (Hayden) and Jacob; his brother Wayne (Jeanette); and his sister-in-law Pauline Pickering. He is also survived by extended family and many lifelong friends.
