With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Marie Stouffer (Stouffville, Ontario), who passed away on October 10, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Norm Willoughby; her parents, Della Paisley (Steckley) and Arthur Paisley; and her husband Bert Stouffer. She is survived by: her children, Janice Hamilton (Don) and Craig Stouffer (Angela); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Stouffer and Luke Hamilton; her stepsons, Doug Willoughby (Becky), Paul Willoughby (Gloria), John Willoughby (Deb), Bill Willoughby (Sue) and Dave Willoughby (Sandy); and her siblings, Jean Pullen and Robert Paisley (Nancy).
