It is with sadness that the passing of Audrey Hislop of Stratford, Ontario is shared. Audrey, born on September 1, 1929, passed away on September 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Innes and Gladys Innes; her husband Lyle Hislop; her siblings, Shirley Smart (George), Grace Packham (Bob) and Ken Innes; and her siblings-in-law, George Hislop, Tom Ball, Jane, Ken Ballantyne, Ray, Amy Hislop, Allan, Cora Hislop, Betty Innes and Ethel Innes.
She is survived by: her children, James Hislop and Lynn Hislop-Forrest; her grandchildren, Katelynn (Nathan) and Kody Forrest; and her sisters, Helen Hislop and Irene Ball. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the W. G. Young Funeral Home (430 Huron St, Stratford, ON N5A5T7).
