He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kuno and Joyce Kuno; his wife Joan Morton (Stratford); his stepmother Myrtle Graham; his siblings, Charles Kuno (Cecile), Lorraine Martell (Jim), Russell Steele (Marilyn), Isabelle Storey (Dan), Suzanna Robinson (Don) and Ruth Couchman (John); and his siblings' children, Charles Kuno Jr., Wendy Loghrin, Russell Steele Jr. and Jennifer Couchman.
He is survived by: his children, Marion Kuno, Robert Kuno (Elizabeth) and Kathleen Sears (James); his grandchildren, Tasmin Kuno, Samantha (Mitchell), Noah, Caleb Kuno, Kiyanna, Isaac and Eli Wheeler; and his caregiver Amy of CarePartners.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. G. Young Funeral Home (430 Huron St, Stratford, ON N5A5T7). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Avondale Cemetery (4 Avondale Ave, Stratford, ON N5A6M4). A reception will be held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the W. G. Young Funeral Home (430 Huron St, Stratford, ON N5A5T7).
