He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson McEwin and Mabel McEwin (Hutchison); his wife Sandra McEwin; his daughter Shari Dianne; and his siblings, Raymond, Jim, Jack, Lillian and Peggy.
He is survived by: his former wife Janette McEwin (Sackett); his sons, Neal (Gabrielle), Michael (Janet), Duane (Valerie) and Scott (Sandra); his stepdaughters, Rhonda Kuczewski (Vee) and Krista Becker; and his sister-in-law Lois McEwin. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, his many nieces and nephews.
