For Carrie-Ann is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her father Robert Cleary; and her grandparents, Ilene, Donald Burgess, Anne and Frank Cleary.

She is survived by: her mother Randi Cleary (Burgess); and her sister Tracy Cleary.
