He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Salter and Hazel Salter (Robertson); his son-in-law Rick; and his sibling Shirley Wilhelm (Russ). He is survived by: his close friend Norma Salter (Finch); his children, Linda Kieswetter, Judi Weaver (Dave), Brad Salter (Cindy), Patti McCormick (Paul) and Gayle Salter-Kennedy (Eric); his great grandchildren, Ryley, Jeremiah, Liam, Lily, Gracie, Aaron, Holly, Huck, Aurora and Pitt; his brothers, Fred and Bill; his siblings-in-law, Doug Finch and Shirley Seltzer (Hank); his brother Ron (Helen); and his sisters-in-law, Glenda, Donalda and Ellen Lucy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
