It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Paul Champagne of Stratford, Ontario, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Raphael Champagne and Dorilla Trudeau; his siblings, Alcid, Louis, Therese, Herve, Marius, Helene, Jules, Andre, Cecile and Jean; and his former life partner Carol (Carrie).

He is survived by : his siblings, Paul (Laurette) and Juliette; and his grandchildren, Sarah Quirino, Matthew Wilson, Carolynne Champagne, Katherynne Martin, Robert Champagne, Jacquelynne Tietjen, Sam Champagne, Joe Champagne, Luke Champagne, Lindsay Paige Rivard, Mark Buckingham, Christopher Osborne, Corey Osborne, Genevieve Byskal, David Champagne Andre Champagne and Vincent Champagne.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in David's name to Operation Smile Canada, Guelph.
