He is survived by : his parents, Heydan "Harry" Whetham (Diane) and Fern Galloway; his spouse Tabytha; his children, Dave Jr., Kyle, Tiffany, Kassandra (Lance), Bradley, Vanessa (Alex), Alana (Anthony) and Andrew; his siblings, Harry (Michelle), Lawrence (Patti), Aaron (Trish), Amanda (John), Tammy, Lori and Francis; and his grandchildren, Mikol, Brayden, Jay, Xander, Ariya, Alaya and Jase. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
