He is survived by: his sister Ria Van Gool (Paul); his in-laws, Tom Smeekens, Riek of Brouwer and van Dijk; his children, John (Cindy) of Brouwer, Marian of Brouwer, Donna Mosurinjohn (Jody), Nancy Dale, Barb Inch (Jerry Johnson), David Smith (Tammy) and Christine Glover (Bill); and his grandchildren, Rory (Dani), Rachel (Jake), Russell, Sarah, Dan (Catherine), Cheyenne, Carly (Jeff), Bradley (Katie), Brittany (Jon), Bryan (Angela), Jeff (Jen), Melissa (Chris), Whitney (Ahmed), Brady (Rebecca), Jaimee (Chance), Justine (Alex) and Jaclyn (John).
