With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Lewis of Stratford, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 13, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Cook and Ornetta Cook (Cook); her husband Albert John Lewis; and her siblings, Ronald Cook (Muriel Hobbs), Alvin Cook (Lorraine) and Jean Broadfoot.
She is survived by: her children, John Lewis, Karen Ingleton, Kelly Lewis and Patricia Lewis (Steven Taylor); her grandchildren, Robert, Nolan Ingleton, Jack, Ella Babcock, Nathan and Hannah Taylor; her brother Gerald Cook (Isabel); and her brother-in-law John (Betty).
